How to paraphrase writing introduction in ielts 2019
paraphrasing is re-writing the sentence or phrase with same meaning.
So, here the question is how?
I can provide you some tips.
1) Active to passive. Meant by saying,if the phrase is written in active, can be changed into passive with the same meaning.
eg- (The Government invested $20 million in the development of the city.)-written in active
$20million was invested by the government for the development of the city- in passive
2) use synonyms
eg- violent crime is on the rise among teenagers.
The crime rate is accentuating among young generations.
3)change the word order
Question: using computer every day can have more negative than positive effect.
There is more negative effect than positive,if the computer is being used in daily basis.
4)Change the form of word by using adjectives,adverbs,noun and different form of verbs.
eg: some people think that certain workers are undervalued and should be paid more.
Some people are thinking that certain workers are getting their payment very less and should be paying more.
